The Australian and New Zealand Anaesthetic Allergy Group (ANZAAG) has well-developed documents and guidelines designed to be used as a crisis management package in the event of an acute perioperative anaphylaxis. There is also extensive information to guide the post-event referral of patients to recognised centres for further investigation.
